Scrap

All of Wausau’s aluminum process scrap material is collected and recycled. This includes saw drops, obsolete inventory, chips and slugs. Wausau receives more than two-thirds of aluminum extrusions and nearly all of its glass lites in reusable cradles and racks. This eliminates dunnage and wasteful packaging, while minimizing damage to materials during travel.
